They were <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">first thought for Lean Manufacturing, but can easily be applied in the <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Lean Office, they are:<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Value:<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> defined by who requests it, what is the need;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Value stream:<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> mapping the flow, identifying each step that does not create value and eliminating <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">them;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Continuous flow:<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> \u201cMake the value creation steps occur in a fair sequence<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">so that the product or service flows smoothly in relation to the customer\u201d, <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">says Womack, interactions between people must be planned and efficient;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Pull production:<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> production is guided by the company's needs;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Perfection:<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> Lean is not static, the company must be in search of constant <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">improvement.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Knowing the theory is very interesting, but what about in practice? How do we implement Lean Office? <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">There are some <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">planning and action<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\"> tools for this, in order to guide the company <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">towards lean processes. The ones we consider most efficient are:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-960\" src=\"https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/5s.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"247\" height=\"218\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/5s.png 247w, https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/5s-14x12.png 14w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 247px) 100vw, 247px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>5S<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">The 5S program is based on basic principles of organization and discipline and aims to <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">create a suitable working environment for greater productivity. It is <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">made by 5 principles, or 5 senses, which form the basis of organization and discipline <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">needed in work environments:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Sense of Use: separating what is necessary from what is unnecessary;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Sense of Organization: keep necessary items in their places and within easy <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">reach;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Sense of Cleanliness: minimizing sources of dirt and managing shared responsibilities;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Sense of Standardization: create visual controls and guidelines to ensure best <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">practices;<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">\u25cf<\/span> <span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Sense of Self-Discipline: it consists of the employees' discipline to maintain the standards<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">5S, involves communication and education.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-961\" src=\"https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/mapeamento.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"229\" height=\"146\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/mapeamento.png 229w, https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/mapeamento-18x12.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 229px) 100vw, 229px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>BPM - Mapping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Business Process Mapping <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">or BPM is a tool for mapping activities <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">necessary for the delivery of a product\/service. With it <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">important information can be identified about each activity performed, such as the time required to <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">complete the activity, who performs it, which system is used and whether the activity adds value, is <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">incidental or wasteful. <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Through this mapping we create the flow of the current situation (As Is) to make it easier <\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">to visualize improvement needs and the creation of a future map (To Be). It's a way to <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">structure the flows of materials and information allowing the implementation of improvements and <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">cost and waste reduction.<\/span><br role=\"presentation\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-962\" src=\"https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/fluxo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"223\" height=\"112\" srcset=\"https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/fluxo.png 223w, https:\/\/grupoengenho.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/fluxo-18x9.png 18w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 223px) 100vw, 223px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Fluxo Cont\u00ednuo e Sistema Puxado<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">Continuous Flow means connecting as much as possible the activities that add value to the product or <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">service, with the least waste of time, movement or waiting, with the least waste <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">possible between these steps. The error-proof <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">system is formed by a set of measures that avoid or prevent generating errors <\/span><span dir=\"ltr\" role=\"presentation\">during the process.
